Health & Safety Policy
The Company Health and Safety Policy has been developed with CDM as an integral part. It is used as the definitive working document regarding safety, being tailored to the way in which health and safety issues are actually dealt with by the company day to day. In addition, the management of health and safety is the pr imary objective of our NEBOSH accredited health and safety managers.
Our staff are fully aware of our duties as a key trade contractor and have all the necessary skill and training commensurate to their position in the company. We are proud of our safety record and do ever ything we can to maintain and improve on this good standard.
We regularly carry out safety training, tool box talks and health surveillance for all members of our workforce as we recognise that the well being of our employees is essential for our continued growth as a people orientated company. In return we have a large proportion of retained labour that have been with the company and the group as a whole for a number of years.
