Merchant Square, Paddington

Merchant Square was a 15 storey residential new build project.

It consists of Block A and B which are private housing and Block C which is affordable housing. In total there are 200 number apartments between the 3 blocks.

This development is situated in the centre of the Paddington Basin. It is a 5 minute walk from Edgware Road tube station as well as a 5 minute walk from Paddington Train station. The view from the penthouse apartments overlooks the London skyline for miles. 

Blocks A and B have got their reception areas clad in marble with laminate feature walls.

Atlantic Contracts were responsible for completely fitting out all the carpentry works involving 1^st and 2^nd fix. Inside the apartments we installed a chipboard sound floor throughout. We then fixed all door frames, hung doors, fitted skirting and architrave and laid the Smoked Oak hardwood flooring.

We were also responsible for fitting the kitchens and wardrobes. In the bathrooms we supplied and fitted laminate and glazed wall cupboards, laminate vanity and bath panels.

We supplied and installed Oak staircases to the penthouse apartments. We also installed the Hardwood Modesipe decking to the balconies and terraces.

In the reception areas we installed Black Laminate reception desks clad with marble, Wall units with coloured glass, marble clad doors and stainless steel and laminate feature walls.
