Lea Manor School

This project started to be undertaken for Wates Construction at the beginning of August 2009 by Atlantic Contracts Ltd. The project consists of partly refurbishment works as well as new extensions. This project forms part of the Luton BSF scheme for education. The project is programmed into 5 phases of which all have sectional handover dates. Currently the project is on program and there are 3 phases already handed over and in use. The associated joinery supplied and fitted by Atlantic Contracts Ltd consists of paint grade fire doors and frames, glazed screens, ironmongery, MDF window boards, MDF skirting and MDF architrave.

We are also responsible for fixing the entire external Trespa coloured paneling around the perimeter of the school. We have also supplied and fitted 1number Maple reception desk and 1 number Oak reception desk in the Adult Education section. We have formed new flat roofs in the extension areas of the building using pre-formed TGI joists. The roof coverings were completely renewed, which resulted in Atlantic Contracts installing all new roof-lights.
