This project was a complete refurbishment of an existing building which originally housed key workers relating to the Nurse and Police sectors.

The location of this project is situated in a road just off Tottenham Court Road. 

The building consists of a terraced elevation split into 5 separate Cores each comprising of 10 or 12 apartments, which totals 53 number complete. These apartments are split into 2 specs which are private and affordable.

Each apartment has an elevation which overlooks Huntley Street and a rear elevation looking into the courtyard. Each apartment has its very own terrace balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Our scope of works consisted of installing all the carpentry elements within the apartments and which included doors, frames, architraves, skirting, hardwood flooring, bathroom vanity units, oak cupboards and shower screens and cubicles.
