Atlantic Contracts supplied and fitted oak doors and frames to all the 297 bedrooms.

The associated joinery supplied and fitted by Atlantic Contracts Ltd within the rooms consisted of mdf skirting/architrave, curtain batten and window boards.

The corridors and lobbies also consisted of oak doors with oak skirting and rub rails.

Linen rooms were fully shelved out with slatted shelving and low level base units on all floors.

The main staircase was fitted out with oak strings and skirting.

Atlantic Contracts Ltd supplied and fitted the main bar (pictured above) and back bar, also the main office fit out consisting of units and shelving.

Externally a plant room was erected on the roof and a bin store enclosure erected on the ground.
