Hammersmith Academy

Hammersmith Academy is a brand new state-of-the-art building which opened in 2011 in Cathnor Road, West London – the students have access to some of the best facilities in the UK.

The Academy is a neighborhood school for children of all abilities and will have specialises in creative and digital media and Information Technology. It caters for 780 students aged 11 to 18.

Wates Construction appointed Atlantic Contracts Ltd to supply and fit oak doors, frames and ironmongery, MDF skirting, pin boards, notice boards, spur shelving, column cladding, mirrors, capping to balconies and external benching.

Atlantic Contracts worked closely with Wates Construction on all design matters, supplying numerous samples for approval so that the client could choose exactly what was required.

The door sets were all polished oak veneered with sepele lipping. The ironmongery components installed to doors were supplied by Yannedis.
