Cornwallis Academy

Cornwallis Academy is a new build school which has replaced the old and dated original school. This new academy has been designed so that the centre of the building is completely open plan from the Ground floor up to the 3rd floor. This is referred to as the Heart space of the school. The classrooms, open tutorial space and music rooms are situated over 3 levels and these are situated either side of the Heart space. All levels are accessible across the Heart space by link bridges.

The carpentry and joinery works that we carried out consisted of Grey Laminated doors and frames which included stainless steel ironmongery. We also supplied and installed acoustic timber screen, laminate spandrel panelling to the curtain walling, all perimeter and Balcony capping board and Lockers.
