Cat A works: This involved fitting new door-sets, ironmongery and skirting to architects specifications.

Fit out:
Levels 4/5/6 South block Knight Frank: This involved the manufacture and the installation of bespoke joinery to architects specifications. It also involved the installation of new door sets, ironmongery and skirting.

Level 8 South Block London & Regional: This involved the installation of door sets, ironmongery and skirting. We also manufactured and installed bespoke joinery to architects specifications.

55 Baker Street sits on the site of the former Marks and Spencer’s Headquarters.

The building is split into a series of solidly designed stone-clad blocks and separated by sections of lattice-like glass with triangular forms.

The building contains 45,800 square metres of offices, 4,200 square metres of retail, 1,500 square metres of leisure and 2,300 square metres of residential. 

Typical office floor plans are over 6,000 square metres of space each.
